Job Summary and Opportunity:
Relationship Managers create and foster relationships with clients and partners. They introduce banking and investment financial solutions, deepen relationships with clients and provide ongoing support across a broad range of client needs. Licensed RM’s understand the company’s responsible growth strategy, operations, and compliance initiatives. RM's are focused on increasing assets and generating revenue to the bank.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to meet individual assigned sales goals of deposit, mortgage, invest account generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank
  • Educate clients on alternative banking solutions including investment vehicles and non-FDIC insured products
  • Actively engages with customer portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention
  • Responsible for forming and maintaining connections with clients through Customer Relationship Management strategies
  • Sales activity: direct calling, appointment setting, networking activities, outbound phone calls, e-mail, trade conferences, appropriate social media marketing
  • Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients. Partners with Invest, Small Business, Lending, and other LOBs to meet customers financial needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years’ in financial services
  • Knowledge in banking regulation and compliance but not limited to the following: Regulation CC, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Team or technical supervision
  • Expertise and experience with complex technical activities; sales management, project management, and specialty banking
